Delayed Shipment Notification

SAV’s tech team has delivered a DELAYED SHIPMENT notification feature that will help you better track your shipments in transit – particularly those that have been delayed by extreme weather.

If you are working in your Virtual Shipping Assistant™ you can click your TRACKING tab at the top of your screen to get a full view of your current and historical shipments.

With this new DELAYED SHIPMENT feature, any shipments that have been delayed by more than one day will be highlighted in RED.

When you click on the status that has been highlighted in red, you will then be able to review the details of that shipment which will include a revised estimated delivery date.
